These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement with the baj live platform. By registering, you confirm that you have read and accepted all terms. For any questions, contact our support team.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the baj live platform and all its services. "baj live", "we", and "our" refer to the entity operating this platform. "You" or "user" refers to anyone who accesses the baj live website or app.
Baj live is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. You must read these terms in full before using the platform.
In addition to these terms, please also review our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy currently in effect, all of which are considered part of this agreement.
These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. Changes have been made to the sections covering bonuses and payments compared to the previous version.
The following requirements must be met to open an account and use services on baj live:
- You must be 18 years of age or older. We strictly prohibit gaming by minors.
- Only one account per person is permitted. If the same individual opens multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.
- All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in account suspension.
- You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
- A National ID (NID) or passport may be required for KYC verification.
- Members of the same household may use separate accounts from the same device or IP address, but must notify support in advance.
Using a false age or fake identity during registration will result in forfeiture of all deposited funds and permanent account closure.
The security of your baj live account is entirely your responsibility. Keeping your password and login credentials confidential is mandatory.
Steps to keep your account secure:
- Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining numbers and symbols.
- Keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled — it adds an extra layer of security to your account.
- If you log in on someone else's device, always log out when you're done.
- If you notice any suspicious activity, contact support immediately.
- Never share your password with anyone — including baj live staff.
Baj live is not liable for unauthorized access to your account unless it results from a fault in our systems. Any losses arising from third-party use of your account are your sole responsibility.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify support within 24 hours. Delays may make the investigation more difficult.
Deposit Terms:
- Minimum deposit: BDT 100. Maximum daily deposit: BDT 5,00,000.
- Accepted methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket. No other payment methods are accepted.
- Your balance is usually credited within 1–5 minutes after a deposit is completed.
- Depositing from another person's mobile banking account is strictly prohibited.
- All deposited funds must be from a legitimate source. If funds from an illegal source are detected, the account will be suspended and investigated.
Withdrawal Terms:
- Minimum withdrawal: BDT 200. Maximum daily withdrawal: BDT 2,00,000.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to your registered mobile number — the same account must be used for both deposits and withdrawals.
- Withdrawals above ৳5,000 will not be processed without KYC verification.
- If you have an active bonus, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements are met.
- Withdrawals may be held pending investigation if fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Most withdrawals are completed within 5–15 minutes. Processing may take up to 24 hours in some cases.
Baj live always aims to process withdrawals as quickly as possible. If your withdrawal takes longer than 24 hours, please contact support.
Baj live offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming.
General Bonus Terms:
- The welcome bonus is for new members only — up to 150% on your first deposit.
- A minimum deposit is required to qualify for a bonus, and the amount is specified separately for each offer.
- Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing a bonus — typically 20× (you must wager 20 times the bonus amount).
- Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of receiving them.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically approved.
- Baj live reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If there is any suspicion of bonus term violations, the account will be investigated.
Opening multiple accounts solely to claim bonuses, or providing false information, will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and deposited funds.
The following rules apply to all games on baj live. Failure to comply may result in your betting results being voided.
Sports Betting:
- All bets are accepted at the odds displayed in real time. If the odds change after a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply.
- Bets can be placed both before and during a match (live betting). Live betting odds change rapidly.
- Baj live reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
- Betting rewards are credited once results are officially announced. For disputed matches, the official result will be used.
Casino Games:
- All slots and table games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) — results are completely random and unbiased.
- If you get disconnected from a Live Casino game due to network issues, your bet will be settled based on its state at the time of disconnection.
- Each game has its own rules and RTP rate, which can be viewed within the game.
In the event of any dispute regarding gaming outcomes, baj live's decision shall be considered final. We are committed, however, to investigating all disputes fairly and thoroughly.
Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of all funds:
- Operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
- Placing bets or playing games using bots, automated software, or scripts.
- Attempting to manipulate the bonus system or engaging in arbitrage betting.
- Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
- Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources on the platform.
- Attempting to hack or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's security.
- Harassing other users or attempting to lure them into fraudulent activity.
- Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your location.
Baj live also reserves the right to take legal action if any prohibited activity is detected. If you discover a vulnerability in the system, please report it to support@bajlive.bid instead of exploiting it.
Baj live reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause in these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
- Fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
- Engaging in prohibited activities.
- Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
Closed by User:
You can close your account at any time. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.
You may appeal an account suspension by contacting support@bajlive.bid. We aim to review all complaints within 72 hours.
Baj live is not responsible for the following:
- Game losses or forfeited bets resulting from an internet disconnection.
- Technical errors on the part of third-party game providers.
- Password or account details leaked due to the user's own negligence.
- Service disruptions due to force majeure events.
- Financial losses resulting from market conditions or sporting outcomes.
Baj live is committed to maintaining high service quality. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance and will be carried out during off-peak hours whenever possible.

- Information provided at registration will be used solely for platform operation and KYC verification.
- Your information is never sold to any third party.
- Information may be disclosed to relevant authorities when required by legal obligation.
- Cookies are used to improve service quality — you can disable cookies in your browser.
Any dispute between baj live and a user will be handled through the following process:
- Step One: Resolution through our support team — most disputes are settled at this stage.
- Step Two: Submit a formal complaint to support@bajlive.bid. A response will be provided within 72 hours.
- Step Three: Resolution through a mutually agreed third-party mediator.
Baj live is committed to transparency and fairness in resolving all disputes. Should a dispute remain unresolved, we are prepared to seek assistance from a third-party arbitration body.
98% of disputes are resolved at the first or second stage. Our support team is always committed to a fair outcome.
Baj live reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:
- Notice will be given via email or on the platform prior to any significant changes.
- Minor updates will be communicated by changing the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page.
- Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
- You have the option to close your account if you do not accept the new terms.
